support. Only file a complaint for divorce if all
of this applies. If your divorce action is not ripe yet,
you can file a complaint for Custody to deal with both
the custody and child support issues. If the only issues
are child support issues, such as modification of child
support or collection child support, then file the child
support petition or contempt petition only.
